A ShopRite anchored retail center in Morris County will add another big draw, with plans for the latest PB (973) Pickleball facility. RIPCO Real Estate announced the indoor pickleball club signed a 15,000-square-foot lease at the ShopRite Shopping Center in Flanders Jan 27. The club is expected to join the lineup this summer at the 73,000-square-foot neighborhood retail center at 90 Bartley Road.

No — you do not need a paid membership to play. With the Free Code Access Membership, you can pay as you go. Or upgrade to our annual Code Priority or Code Senior 65+ tiers for advanced booking windows, discounted court fees, and more.
All memberships are valid for 1 year from the day PB(973) opens, or from the day payment is made after opening.
Yes, cancellations are allowed under the following conditions:
No charge if management cancels due to weather or unforeseen issues.
No charge with 12+ hours' notice for open play.
No charge with 24+ hours' notice for clinics and private lessons.
Private Court Rentals cannot be cancelled but may be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice.
Yes — you can select your preferred court in the app before finalizing payment, provided it's available. If not, the system will automatically assign you a court.
No. You may not use any court without a valid reservation for that specific court. Jumping to unreserved courts will result in a fine. You can, however, check if the court is available and book it on the spot.
No — coaches not on the official PB(973) coaching roster are not permitted to charge for lessons on our courts. If you're interested in coaching here, please contact us to discuss a partnership.
You may bring your own, but no food or colored drinks are allowed on the playing courts. Water is permitted courtside. Vending machines and a hydration station are available throughout the facility.
We use a player-share model — the court cost is split among who's playing:
